International Engineering Research Symposium (INERS) was firstly held by Düzce University in 2015. As a result of the decision taken after this symposium, it was decided to organize the event regularly every two years. In accordance with this decision, INERS, which was held in 2017 and 2019, could not be held due to the pandemic conditions in 2021. INERS, held in March 2022 after the pandemic, was organized in a hybrid (online and physical) format for the first time.
