Registration Process
To be included in the Symposium Program and the Proceedings Book, at least one author of each accepted paper must complete the registration process.
Steps for Registration:
- Complete the online registration form.
- Transfer the registration fee to the designated bank account (see "Symposium Fee" for details).
- Upload the proof of payment (receipt) via the online registration form.
Standart Registration Fee: 2000 TL (Per Paper)
Second Paper Fee: 1000 TL (Same Author)
The Registration Fee Includes:
- Admission to all scientific sessions
- Conference materials and abstract book (digital)
- Tea and coffee breaks
- Daily lunches
- Gala Dinner
- Social Trip
